Refund policy

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

  • All regular-priced items are subject to a refund or exchange.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 21 days, from the date your order was originally received.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for returning shipping.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

PROMOTIONAL CODE RETURN

  • All items purchased online using discount codes are final sale.
  • Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN

Please complete a return request on your order history with the tracking number, and attached the original invoice to your return package.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

  • Loss or damage of merchandise while in customers’ possession (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents).
  • Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in a non-salable condition.
  • It has passed 21 days since the original merchandise delivery date. Please refer to our customer return policy.
  • Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received under the above-specified conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If an order cancellation is necessary a request to hello@insanegene.com must be approved before any order can be canceled.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before the order has been processed.
